About Vegetables Hangman
Every word here comes from the vegetable patch: about eighty of them, including roots like PARSNIP and RADISH, greens like KALE and LETTUCE, and a few long ones such as WATERCRESS, CAULIFLOWER and HORSERADISH.
Vegetable words often end in familiar ways, so the last few slots can give the game away. Think of the endings in POTATO and TOMATO, or the ISH in RADISH. Once a pattern like that appears, you can guess with confidence instead of spending bites.
Some entries are less common in everyday English: KOHLRABI, OKRA, TOMATILLO. When the letters you've found don't fit anything obvious, a rarer vegetable is probably hiding there; a K or an H can be a good test.
The theme also has a few words that mean different things in other rounds. MARROW, GOURD and GINGER may make you think of something else at first; the label above the cookie is your reminder to keep to the vegetable patch.
A fresh vegetable comes up every round. Choose Easy while you learn the list, then try Hard with only five wrong guesses.
