About Snackplay

Snackplay is a small collection of free browser games — arcade, puzzle, word, card, and board games you can jump into in seconds, from any device.

No download and no account needed to play. Sign in only if you want your scores on the leaderboards; guest scores stay saved right in your browser either way.

The site is ad-supported, which is what keeps every game free. We keep ads out of the way while you're actually playing — see our Cookie Policy for how that works.

New games get added over time based on what people actually play.

Word lists

Our word games check your words against the ENABLE word list, which is in the public domain, and pick their answers from SCOWL (Spell Checker Oriented Word Lists), copyright 2000-2018 Kevin Atkinson, used under its permission notice: “Permission to use, copy, modify, distribute and sell these word lists, the associated scripts, the output created from the scripts, and its documentation for any purpose is hereby granted without fee, provided that the above copyright notice appears in all copies and that both that copyright notice and this permission notice appear in supporting documentation. It is provided ‘as is’ without express or implied warranty.” SCOWL also draws on the public-domain Moby Words II and Brian Kelk's UK English word list.
