How to Play
Twenty-eight cards are dealt into three overlapping peaks. Only the ten cards along the bottom start face up. Below the peaks sit the stock, a face-down pile of 23 cards, and the open card next to it.
Tap any face-up card that is exactly one rank higher or lower than the open card. It becomes the new open card, so a 7 can lead to a 6 or an 8, and so on. A card flips face up once the two cards overlapping it are gone. If nothing fits, tap the stock to turn over a new open card.
Rules
- Only rank matters; suit and color never do.
- Ranks wrap around: a King can go on an Ace and an Ace on a King.
- Each card played scores 10 points, plus 5 more for every card already played since your last draw: 10, 15, 20, and so on.
- Drawing from the stock is free, but it ends your current streak.
- Clearing the top card of a peak adds 100 points. Clearing all 28 cards adds 250, plus 25 for every card still left in the stock.
- The game ends when every peak is cleared, or when the stock is empty and no card fits.
Tips & Strategy
Look before you tap
When two cards fit, pick the one that keeps the chain going, since every extra card in a streak is worth more than the last.
Open up the hidden cards
A play that flips a face-down card gives you new options, so prefer it over one that uncovers nothing.
Work toward the peaks
Each peak top adds 100 points, so watch which peak is closest to opening.
Save stock cards for the end
Each unused stock card is worth 25 points once the board is clear, so avoiding a draw can pay off twice.
FAQ
Which games reach the leaderboard?
Only the Daily Challenge, one deal shared by everyone until midnight UTC. New Game deals another deck each time and Restart deal replays yours; those build your own record instead.
Can I undo a move?
Yes. Undo takes back your last play or draw, along with any points and streak it earned. Hint highlights a card that fits, or the stock when nothing does.
How is my score checked?
When a Daily Challenge ends, your moves and their timing are sent with your score. The server deals the same cards, replays every move, and only accepts a matching score. A game started before midnight UTC and finished after it does not count.
What if two players have the same score?
The faster game ranks higher, timed from Start to your last move. If that ties too, the earlier score wins.
