How to Play
Twenty-eight cards sit in a pyramid of seven rows, all face up, and the other twenty-four wait in the stock below. Your job is to take the whole pyramid apart by removing cards in pairs that add up to 13.
Tap one open card, then another whose value completes 13, and both lift off together onto the pile in the corner. A King is worth 13 by itself, so a single tap takes it. When nothing pairs, press the draw button: the stock's top card moves onto the open pile and the next one turns up.
Rules
- Card values: Ace 1, numbers as shown, Jack 11, Queen 12, King 13. So Queen goes with Ace, Jack with 2, 10 with 3, 9 with 4, 8 with 5, and 7 with 6.
- A pyramid card is open once both cards overlapping it from the row below are gone. The bottom row starts open.
- The stock's top card and the top of the open pile can be used too, with a pyramid card or with each other.
- When the stock runs out you can turn the open pile over and go through it again, twice in all.
- Undo is free and takes back as many moves as you like. The game ends when the pyramid is cleared or nothing is left to do.
Tips & Strategy
Work from the bottom and the middle
Each bottom card holds up to two cards above it. Removing the center ones opens the pyramid fastest.
Count the partners
There are four of every rank. If three 8s are still buried, the 5 you're holding may be the only way to reach them.
Don't burn the stock
You only get three passes. Before drawing, check every open pair, including the stock's top card with the open pile.
Ask for a hint
The hint follows a winning line from where you are. If it says there is none, undo a few moves and try another order.
FAQ
Can every game be won?
Yes. Most random Pyramid deals can't be cleared, so each New Game and Daily Challenge deal is one our solver has cleared first.
How is the score worked out?
10 points per card taken from the pyramid and 5 per card from the stock or open pile. Clearing the pyramid adds 500, plus 250 for each redeal you didn't use.
How does the Daily Challenge work?
Everyone gets the same deal, and your first finished run of the day goes on the leaderboard. Ties go to the faster run.
